Agartala, April 18 -- Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha on Friday, April 17, night said the BJP will review its shortcomings in the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) elections after the party secured four seats in the 28-member council.
Responding to the poll outcome, Saha said the party would analyse the results "very meticulously" to identify lapses and work on them. He also appealed for peace, stating that electoral differences should not disturb harmony in the state.
"During elections, many things are said against each other, but those do not last. Elections come and go. My appeal to the people is to maintain peace across the state," he told reporters at the party's state headquarters.
