Guwahati, May 4 -- BJP candidate from Dispur, Pradyut Bordoloi, on Monday voiced confidence that the saffron party is set to return to power in Assam for a third consecutive term.

Speaking to reporters in Guwahati, Bordoloi said there is a clear pro-BJP sentiment across the state. "Not just in my constituency, but across Assam, there is a strong atmosphere in favour of the BJP forming the government for the third time. We are closely tracking feedback from different regions," he said.
