Guwahati, Sept. 13 -- Assamese YouTuber Bhukhan Pathak has stepped forward to support families affected by the Assam floods of 2026.

Pathak travelled to Sivasagar to help rebuild the homes of two economically disadvantaged families whose houses were completely destroyed by the floods.

The cornerstone of his initiative was the construction of two new houses, providing the affected families with a permanent roof and restoring their sense of dignity and hope.

Both houses have been given names inspired by Assamese singer Zubeen Garg, connecting the humanitarian initiative with Assam's rich cultural identity.
