Guwahati: The Assam government has initiated a comprehensive review of arrangements for the upcoming NEET-UG 2026 re-examination, with authorities focusing on security, logistics and candidate facilities across examination centers in the state.

The re-test is scheduled to be held on June 21 after the National Testing Agency (NTA) annulled the original examination conducted on May 3 amid allegations of a question paper leak and other irregularities.
