Guwahati: Gitika Talukdar has received official accreditation from FIFA to cover the 2026 FIFA World Cup, making it her third straight assignment at the men's football World Cup.

With this recognition, Talukdar has emerged as the only woman photojournalist from India to be included in the Indian media delegation for the prestigious international football event.
