India, April 3 -- Political activity is increasing in Assam's 84 No. Digboi Legislative Assembly Constituency ahead of the upcoming elections, with Buridihing Mouza emerging as a key area of focus for both the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

The JMM, supported by the Jai Bharat Party, has intensified its campaign in the constituency in support of its candidate, Bharat Nayak.

A rally is scheduled to be held on April 4 at the Pengaree Tea Garden playground, which will be addressed by Kalpana Soren. The event is part of the party's outreach efforts among tea garden workers and other sections of the electorate.
