Guwahati: Assam Don Bosco University (ADBU) has confirmed that Saurabh Chandra, Head of the Department of Public Administration, is no longer associated with the institution following a sexual harassment complaint received on June 14.

In a notification issued on June 16, the university said the complaint was promptly referred to its Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), which convened an inquiry meeting on June 15 in accordance with applicable legal provisions and the institution's established procedures.

The university stated that Chandra ceased to be an employee of the institution with effect from June 16, 2026.
