Doomdooma, Sept. 29 -- Dialysis services at Dhubri Medical College and Hospital were disrupted following an alleged theft at the facility on Saturday, causing difficulties for patients dependent on regular dialysis treatment.

Police arrested two persons in connection with the incident and recovered the stolen materials, officials said.

According to reports, Rahul Haque (24) of Jhargrapara Part III and Sajidul Mondal (26) of Jhargrapara Part I allegedly entered the dialysis centre and stole electrical wires and other equipment. The theft reportedly brought dialysis services to a temporary halt, leaving patients who had arrived for treatment without access to the facility.
