Digboi: Tinsukia Deputy Commissioner Sumit Sattawan on Wednesday visited Digboi along with MLA Suren Phukan and senior officials to inspect two proposed development sites in the constituency.

The inspection covered the proposed Integrated Government Office Complex at No. 1 Borbil and the planned relocation site for the weekly Sunday market at Tingrai.

The Integrated Government Office Complex is planned on around 100 bighas of government land at No. 1 Borbil and has received approval from the Chief Minister.

Once completed, the complex is expected to bring several government offices under one campus, including the Sub-Divisional Commissioner's Office, Block Development Officer's Office, Pu...
