New Delhi, May 20 -- Hyundai Motor Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tezpur University on May 15, 2026, to collaborate under the Hyundai Centre of Excellence (HCoE), marking a first-of-its-kind initiative for the university.

The Hyundai Centre of Excellence is a research and innovation platform established by Hyundai Motor Company with leading Indian academic institutions to advance future mobility technologies.

The focus areas include electric vehicles, battery technology, battery management systems, energy storage and safety, and sustainable mobility solutions.
