Guwahati, Aug. 19 -- A Tezpur University assistant professor has been suspended and an FIR lodged after two research scholars allegedly accused her of directing them to prepare a B.Ed examination question paper.

According to university sources, the question paper for the B.Ed examination held on June 6 was prepared under the supervision of Antara Dey, assistant professor in the Department of Education. The two research scholars allegedly prepared the paper at her direction and sent it to her via WhatsApp.

The scholars later submitted a detailed complaint to the university authorities, along with evidence including WhatsApp screenshots and photographs, citing concerns over the implications of preparing the question paper.
