Guwahati, Sept. 24 -- The Shrimanta Shankar Academy, in collaboration with Girijananda Chowdhury University, announced the third edition of the Bina Chowdhury Srimanta Sankardev Heritage Festival 2026 at a press conference held at the Guwahati Press Club on September 23.

The two-day festival will be held on October 8 and 9 at the Girijananda Chowdhury University campus in Azara, Guwahati. The event will focus on the philosophy and cultural legacy of Mahapurush Srimanta Sankardev, while creating a platform for young people to engage with Assam's traditional heritage.
