Guwahati, Aug. 15 -- ONGC Assam Asset Executive Director Uday Paswan has reaffirmed the oil major's commitment to supporting Assam and its communities in the aftermath of the devastating floods that recently affected the state.

Speaking at the 80th Independence Day programme at the ONGC Assam Asset in Nazira on Saturday, Paswan said the company would continue to support relief, recovery and rebuilding efforts in the flood-affected areas.

"ONGC remains firmly committed to supporting Assam and its communities through recovery and rebuilding," Paswan said.
