Guwahati, Oct. 2 -- Assam's Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University (KKHSOU) launched a special online counselling programme for university learners preparing for the National Eligibility Test (NET) and State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) on October 2.

The programme, organised by the Indira Miri School of Education, is aimed at providing academic guidance and support to learners from Scheduled Tribe (ST), Scheduled Caste (SC), Other Backward Classes (OBC), More Other Backward Classes (MOBC) and other economically disadvantaged categories.
