Digboi, July 23 -- Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) Digboi Refinery, in collaboration with the Indian Army and the National Integrity and Educational Development Organisation (NIEDO), Tinsukia, on Thursday felicitated 30 students from economically weaker backgrounds who qualified NEET 2026 under the Indian Oil-Army Centre of Excellence and Wellness, Tinsukia, Batch IV programme.

The felicitation ceremony was held at Digboi Club in the presence of Rahul Prashant, Executive Director (AOD) and Refinery Head of IOCL Digboi Refinery, Colonel Shivek Sharma, senior officials, mentors, parents and well-wishers.
