Guwahati, Sept. 11 -- Assamese film Oiii Police!!!, starring Ravi Sarma and Amrita Gogoi and directed by Suvrat Kakoti, will be released in theatres on January 22, 2027.

The film's release was postponed following the floods in Assam, which claimed lives and displaced people across the state.

The official trailer launch was held in July in the presence of the cast and crew, media representatives and members of the film fraternity. Although the trailer received a positive response at the event, its release on social media was postponed in view of the flood situation.

The trailer gives a glimpse of a film combining action, humour, emotion and family entertainment, while presenting a story that goes beyond a conventional police drama.
