Arunachal: Nine specialist doctors transferred in statewide health department reshuffle
Guwahati, Aug. 2 -- The Arunachal Pradesh government has transferred nine specialist doctors to hospitals and community health centres across the state as part of an effort to strengthen healthcare services and improve access to specialist medical care.
According to an order issued by the Department of Health and Family Welfare on July 27, the transfers have been effected with immediate effect in the interest of public service and with the approval of the competent authority.
The reshuffle involves specialists from the departments of Paediatrics, General Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and Pathology, and is aimed at ensuring a more balanced distribution of specialist healthcare services across districts.
