Pasighat, Aug. 27 -- The Directorate of Indigenous Affairs, Arunachal Pradesh, held discussions with the executive members of the Adi Agom Kebang (AAK) at the Siang Guest House on Tuesday to address challenges in preserving and promoting the Adi language and cultural heritage.

The directorate delegation was led by Indigenous Affairs Director Likha Suraj and Assistant Director Tapun Taki. Representatives of Billion Readers (BIRD) and the Planet Readers-Ani Books team from Roing also attended the meeting.

The AAK delegation, led by president Bodong Yirang and general secretary Tajing Taki, briefed the officials on the organisation's history, objectives and activities.
