Guwahati, Oct. 31 -- Arunachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein on Friday urged the state's youth to look beyond government jobs and explore entrepreneurship, while saying the government was willing to engage with all stakeholders over the proposed Siang Upper Multipurpose Project (SUMP).
