India, March 6 -- Seven key Bills covering sectors such as fire safety, education, administration, taxation, urban planning and local governance were introduced in the Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly on Thursday.

Chief Minister Pema Khandu tabled the Arunachal Pradesh Fire and Emergency Services Bill, which seeks to strengthen the state's fire prevention and emergency response mechanisms while laying down provisions for improved fire safety standards in buildings and public premises.
