Guwahati: A report by the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) released on Wednesday, May 13, has found that all five ministers in the newly formed Assam cabinet are crorepatis, and one minister has reported a criminal case in his election affidavit.

Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, who was sworn in for a second consecutive term on Tuesday, took oath along with four other legislators, BJP leaders Rameswar Teli and Ajanta Neog, AGP MLA Atul Bora, and BPF MLA Charan Boro.
