Guwahati, July 3 -- Air India Express has launched 'Voices of the Land: Tales of Northeast', a six-part documentary series exploring the heritage, traditions and oral histories of indigenous communities across Northeast India.

The series, produced in collaboration with Edstead and Dentsu Sports and Entertainment, premiered on JioHotstar on July 3.

Hosted by actor Adarsh Gourav, the documentary features the Angami of Nagaland, the Biate and Mising communities of Assam, the Khasi of Meghalaya and the Sherdukpen of Arunachal Pradesh. Through music, folklore, craftsmanship and everyday life, the series documents the cultural traditions and lived experiences of these communities.
