India, Oct. 27 -- Oxfam, through its Response Lead in the West Bank, Mustafa Tamaizeh, issued a reaction published on Oct. 26, 2026, responding to what it described as a large-scale Israeli military operation and mass displacement in Hebron in recent days.
Scale of destruction and movement restrictions
Mustafa Tamaizeh said the situation was “not only a humanitarian crisis” and described it as “a deliberate assault on the economic foundations of Palestinian life,” stating that families were losing homes and livelihoods.
