India, Aug. 31 -- Medical teams from Nepal's Dhulikhel Hospital have moved into flood-affected communities with emergency supplies from Direct Relief as devastating floods and debris flows continue to disrupt access to healthcare in northern Nepal. The deployment follows severe flooding that swept through parts of Nepal and southern Tibet on August 26, leaving hundreds dead or missing and damaging roads and other critical infrastructure.
