India, July 27 -- Haitian women are leading community efforts to protect vulnerable families and provide support where public institutions have fallen short, according to a new Amnesty International feature highlighting grassroots leadership amid the country's prolonged humanitarian crisis.
Community networks step into the void
The report focuses on Tina Nadine Anilus, founder of REFKAD (Rezo Fanm Kapab d'Ayiti), who has spent more than 15 years creating safe spaces for women and girls across Haiti.
