India, Aug. 12 -- The growing use of drones and other emerging technologies in armed conflicts is making humanitarian work increasingly dangerous, leaving children without reliable access to food, healthcare, clean water and protection, World Vision said ahead of World Humanitarian Day.
Drone Threats Disrupt Humanitarian Access
World Vision said drone warfare is reshaping humanitarian operations in conflict zones, with threats forcing families indoors, closing roads and disrupting medical services. In Sudan and Ukraine, children are increasingly exposed to the psychological and physical consequences of attacks involving drones.
