India, Aug. 31 -- Catholic Relief Services and the National Council of Catholic Women have marked 80 years of partnership, highlighting decades of support for programs aimed at improving the health, livelihoods and living conditions of vulnerable families worldwide.
Eight Decades of Support
The partnership has brought together Catholic women across the United States in support of Catholic Relief Services programs through prayer, advocacy and fundraising initiatives in dioceses nationwide. Over the past eight decades, their efforts have contributed to projects covering maternal and child health, clean water and sanitation, emergency assistance, education and economic development.
