India, July 22 -- At least 19 Palestinian children have been killed by Israeli forces across the occupied Palestinian territory so far in July, including four children reportedly killed in an overnight strike in Gaza, according to Save the Children, which warned that children continue to face deadly violence despite an ongoing ceasefire.
