New Delhi, Jan. 23 -- Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met U.S. President Donald Trump in Davos, Switzerland, on Thursday.
Zelenskyy had earlier said that he would stay in Kyiv to address the energy crisis caused by Russian strikes on power infrastructure. President Donald Trump referred to the meeting with Zelenskyy as 'good' and called for an end to the Russia-Ukraine war.
Meanwhile, U.S. Envoy Steve Witkoff and Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner are set to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow to discuss the Ukrainian conflict. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the talks would focus on Ukraine and related issues.
