New Delhi, Aug. 14 -- The issue of stray dogs resurfaced in the Supreme Court on Tuesday, as a lawyer raised concerns before the bench headed by Chief Justice of India. He pointed out that despite Monday's order not being uploaded on the court's website yet, authorities in West Delhi have already begun removing stray dogs.
Seeking urgent intervention, the lawyer asked the Chief Justice to take note of the developments. Multiple petitions have been filed opposing the court's recent directive and requesting the CJI's involvement in the matter.
