New Delhi, Aug. 19 -- The Railway has decided to extend Train Nos. 19223/19224 Sabarmati BG-Jammu Tawi-Sabarmati BG Express up to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra, providing greater convenience to passengers travelling to the shrine town.

As part of the extension, the train will receive additional stoppages at Samba, Bari Brahmana and Martyr Captain Tushar Mahajan. The revised timetable will come into effect from October 2026.

The Railway has also announced revised timings for several trains operating to and from Jammu Tawi, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra and other stations in the Jammu division.
