New Delhi, July 16 -- President Droupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah have extended greetings to the people on the sacred occasion of Jagannath Rath Yatra.

President Murmu, in a social media post, said that during the grand procession, Mahaprabhu Shri Jagannath, along with Chakraraj Sudarshan, Lord Balabhadra and Devi Subhadra, comes out to meet devotees. She wished that the blessings of Mahaprabhu Jagannath bring happiness, peace and prosperity to the country and its people.
