PM Modi Departs for New Delhi After Italy Visit
New Delhi, May 21 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi departed for New Delhi after completing his visit to Italy, marking the conclusion of a key leg of his diplomatic tour.
During the visit, PM Modi held bilateral talks with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, during which both sides agreed to elevate India-Italy relations to a Special Strategic Partnership. The discussions focused on expanding cooperation in trade, defence, technology, energy and innovation.
The Prime Minister also visited the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) headquarters in Rome, where he was conferred the Agricola Medal in recognition of his contributions to food security, agriculture and farmer welfare. He also participated in discussions on global challenges...
