New Delhi, Jan. 23 -- The Commission for Air Quality Management in Delhi and NCR region has revoked Stage-III of Graded Response Action Plan with immediate effect. The decision was taken after the improvement of the Air Quality Index level in the national capital. The air Quality index was recorded at 322 today. The Commission has said that action under Stage 1 and 2 will remain in force. Meanwhile, there will be a complete ban on all construction and demolition activities including earthwork, piling, trenching, Road construction activities and major repairs.
