New Delhi, July 22 -- Border Security Force (BSF) troops apprehended a Pakistani national while he was allegedly attempting to cross the International Border (IB) into Indian territory in the Khour sector of Jammu district during the intervening night of July 20 and 21.

According to BSF sources, troops deployed at Border Outpost (BOP) Malabela of the 134 Battalion, under the jurisdiction of Police Post Pargwal, detected suspicious movement near the International Border. Despite repeated warnings and challenges by the sentry to stop, the individual continued advancing and was subsequently overpowered and taken into custody.

During preliminary questioning, the apprehended individual identified himself as Mohammad Rafiq alias Kala (53), so...
