Union Minister Nitin Gadkari Reviews Progress and Maintenance of National Highway Projects in Punjab, Delhi & Haryana
New Delhi, May 27 -- Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari on May 26 reviewed the quality and maintenance progress of National Highway projects covering 4,335 km in Punjab and 3,332 km in Delhi and Haryana, stressing timely execution, strict quality monitoring and advance monsoon preparedness to ensure safer and seamless connectivity across key corridors.
The review meeting was held in New Delhi in the presence of Ministers of State Ajay Tamta and Harsh Malhotra along with senior officials of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and project contractors.
