New Delhi, May 11 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta visited the "Village Cottage Home" in Lajpat Nagar on the occasion of Mother's Day and spent time with children, describing the moments as emotional and deeply memorable.

Gupta said the children's smiles reflected genuine warmth and affection, adding that every child deserves love, safety, quality education and a sense of belonging like a family, which she described as the mark of a sensitive society.

She stated that the Delhi Government was continuously working to bring trust, opportunities and a brighter future into the lives of every such child.
