New Delhi, June 22 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta joined hundreds of citizens and yoga enthusiasts for a collective yoga session at Neeli Jheel in the Asola-Bhatti Wildlife Sanctuary on the occasion of International Day of Yoga.

Highlighting this year's theme, "Yoga for Healthy Ageing," the Chief Minister said yoga promotes a healthy, active and balanced lifestyle and serves as a powerful tool for improving both physical and mental well-being. She noted that regular yoga practice can contribute to building a healthier, more active and stress-free Delhi.
