New Delhi, Aug. 25 -- Addressing a press conference, Bharatiya Janata Party spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi on Tuesday accused Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi and the Congress of repeatedly disrupting Parliament and alleged that Gandhi's conduct had emerged as a serious challenge to democratic and constitutional functioning.

Addressing a press conference, Trivedi said Parliament was approaching the final phase of its session at a time when India was set to enter the 80th year of its Independence. He alleged that developments during the session had posed a serious challenge to democracy.
