Quad Foreign Ministers' Meeting was held in New Delhi in which Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar, Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong, Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi, and the United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio participated. The meeting was convened at a time when geopolitical tensions, particularly in the West Asian region, have resulted in uncertain global security architecture, disruptions in the global supply chain, vulnerability of critical sea lanes and posing risks to the uninterrupted flow of commerce.
