New Delhi, March 20 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a series of high-level telephonic conversations with global leaders, including the Amir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Jordan's King Abdullah II, French President Emmanuel Macron, Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, and Oman's Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, focusing on the evolving situation in West Asia.

During these interactions, the Prime Minister conveyed Eid and festive greetings while emphasising the urgent need for dialogue, diplomacy, and de-escalation to restore peace and stability in the region.
