New Delhi, March 27 -- The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC), under the leadership of Chairperson Keshav Chandra, hosted a Sri Lankan parliamentary delegation led by MP Asitha Niroshana Egoda Vithana for a civic exchange focused on urban service delivery and governance.
