New Delhi, May 7 -- Municipal officials carried out sanitation and enforcement drives in parts of East Delhi and West Delhi to improve cleanliness and public convenience in the city.

In Shahdara South Zone, the Deputy Commissioner along with Municipal Corporation of Delhi officials undertook a sanitation and enforcement action at the NH-24 service lane near Pandav Nagar and East Vinod Nagar in Ward 196. During the drive, accumulated debris and construction waste were removed from the service lane to improve cleanliness and ensure smoother public movement in the area.
