New Delhi, Sept. 23 -- According to the MCD, the cumulative drive had resulted in 1,457 demolition actions and the sealing of 633 properties as of September 21, 2026. A total of 5,623 enforcement actions and proceedings have been initiated during the drive.

The MCD said the action was aimed at ensuring compliance with building regulations and making Delhi safer and better planned.
