New Delhi, April 28 -- Arvind Kejriwal said he has written a letter to Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma of the Delhi High Court, stating that he will not be able to participate further in the proceedings of a case before her court, either personally or through counsel.
In his communication, he expressed respect for the judiciary but said the decision was taken in line with Gandhian principles of Satyagraha. He stated that he had reached the conclusion that the proceedings do not satisfy the principle that "justice must not only be done but must also be seen to be done."
