New Delhi, Sept. 25 -- Chairing a high-level meeting of like-minded Global South countries and friends, Jaishankar described a global environment marked by rising conflicts and geopolitical tensions, pressure on supply chains and trade, fragmented investment flows, growing debt vulnerabilities, inadequate development finance and intensifying climate shocks. He said international norms and multilateral institutions were also coming under increasing strain.
