India Reaffirms Support for Rules-Based Indo-Pacific at EAS and ARF Meetings in Manila
New Delhi, June 11 -- Secretary (East) Rudrendra Tandon participated in the East Asia Summit (EAS) Senior Officials' Meeting and led the Indian delegation at the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) Senior Officials' Meeting held in Manila, Philippines, on June 9.
At the EAS meeting, Tandon underlined India's consistent contribution and support towards strengthening the role of the forum in promoting a free, open and rules-based Indo-Pacific. He also outlined India's position on key regional and international issues, including energy and digital security.
