New Delhi, July 6 -- The Embassy of India in Venezuela announced that Indian Army doctors conducted a live demonstration for Venezuelan military medical officers on the deployment and operational use of the BHISHM portable modular medical cubes.

The demonstration was organised as part of Operation Amistad, under which India has donated two BHISHM cubes to Venezuela to strengthen emergency medical response and disaster preparedness.

The initiative reflects India's ongoing humanitarian and defence cooperation with Venezuela, with the portable BHISHM cubes designed to provide rapid medical assistance during emergencies and disaster situations.
