New Delhi, Sept. 29 -- India expressed concern over continuing hostilities in the Gulf and condemned attacks on commercial vessels and seafarers using international waterways. It urged all parties to de-escalate, protect civilians and ensure that energy supplies and trade can continue uninterrupted. Referring to the war in Ukraine, India supported ongoing peace initiatives and said the security of seafarers and the supply of food grains and energy also require urgent attention.
