New Delhi, May 18 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson agreed to elevate India-Sweden bilateral relations to a Strategic Partnership during bilateral consultations held in Gothenburg. The two sides also adopted a Joint Statement and Joint Action Plan for the period 2026-2030 aimed at strengthening cooperation across economic, technological, strategic and sustainability-related sectors.
